You can take control to a pc from a mac with microsoft remote desktop connection for mac.
To take control of a PC from the Mac, use Remote Desktop Connection for Mac and give the PC TC/IP adress or the PC name.
Give a registered user name on the PC. Here I give a known PC user yvesmbw7 and its password.
On the Mac desktop you have a PC window. You can change the Windows size in the RDC preferences.
